Order Cancellation
- Free Cancellation: Orders can be canceled free of charge within 12 hours of submission.
- After Shipment: Customized items are considered final sale once shipped and cannot be modified or canceled.
Return Policy (Within 30 Days) We strictly limit returns to manufacturing defects. Please inspect your item immediately upon receipt. If you discover any issues, please contact us within 30 days.
- Eligible for Return (Our Responsibility):
- Product manufacturing errors, use of incorrect lining, or significant discrepancies from the product description.
- Return Requirements: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition, unaltered, and with all original tags intact.
- Conditions Not Eligible for Return (Non-Quality Issues):
- Subjective Reasons: Change of mind, color not meeting expectations, or personal ordering error.
- Buyer’s Responsibility: Size discrepancies resulting from the buyer’s own measurements, unauthorized alterations, or repairs.
- Normal Physical Phenomena: Color variations caused by added linings, reasonable color differences between fabric batches, and natural aging (such as fading from sun exposure or wear and tear).
- Note: After-sales claims are limited to the original purchaser and are non-transferable.
Refund and Exchange Process
- How to Apply: Please contact info@curtainusa.com via email and attach photos of the defective or damaged areas. Upon approval, we will provide a return address. (Late applications may be rejected)
- Shipping Costs: For returns or exchanges due to quality or manufacturing defects, we will cover shipping costs; in all other cases, the buyer is responsible.
- Refund Processing: Full refunds will be issued for quality issues. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item is inspected and restocked (it typically takes an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement).
- Damaged/Defective Upon Delivery: We only offer exchanges, and the specifications of the replacement item (size, color, top style, lining, etc.) must match the original order exactly.
Limited Lifetime Warranty We offer a limited lifetime warranty covering material and manufacturing defects for the product’s lifetime. Upon verification (requiring photos and proof that the item remains in its original, unaltered condition), we will provide free repair or replacement services as appropriate.
Purchase Information (Important Reminders)
- Regarding Measurement: To ensure accuracy, please be sure to use a metal tape measure. If a measurement error is discovered before production begins, adjustments can be made free of charge; once production has started, any costs incurred from size modifications will be borne by the buyer. If the received dimensions do not match the order and it is confirmed to be due to our production error, we will cover all costs for remaking the item.
- Regarding Light Blocking and Color Variations: Curtains are textile products. Due to the influence of ambient lighting and monitor calibration, slight color variations are considered normal and do not constitute a material defect in the fabric; such cases are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, due to differences in actual environments, the product’s actual “light blocking rate” may vary. We recommend requesting a lining sample book before placing an order to confirm the desired effect.
- Regarding Shipping and Logistics: * Lost Packages: For packages lost during transit, please contact customer service within 60 days to request a full refund or a free reshipment. We will not issue refunds or reshipments for packages that have been marked as delivered.
- Ocean Freight Delays: Standard ocean freight may be subject to random customs inspections, which typically cause delays of 2–3 weeks. By selecting this shipping method, you acknowledge and accept this potential risk.
