Shipping policy

1. Shipping Costs, Shipping Methods, and Delivery Times

Your total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time. (Note: Estimated delivery times do not include delays caused by customs, weekends, public holidays, or other force majeure events.)

  • Order Processing Time:
    • In-Stock Items (marked “Ships within 24 hours”): Shipped within 1 business day after payment.
    • Custom Items: Requires 1–8 days for exclusive handcrafted production and processing.
  • Shipping Methods and Fees:
    • Standard Shipping (Sea Freight): Estimated 22–33 days, shipping fee $5.99. *(Note: Sea freight may occasionally encounter routine customs inspections, which could cause an additional 2–3 weeks of delay. By selecting this shipping method, you acknowledge and accept this potential risk.)
    • Express Shipping (Air Freight): Estimated delivery time 18–22 days, shipping fee $79.

2. Duties and Taxes

Our product prices already include all duties and Value Added Tax (VAT); you will not be required to pay any additional taxes upon receipt.

3. Order Tracking and Delivery

  • Notifications and Shipping: After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the items are shipped, the system will send another shipping notification containing the tracking number. (Note: If your order contains multiple items, they may be packed separately and shipped in batches; you will receive corresponding individual tracking numbers.)
  • Tracking: You can visit 17track.net at any time to check your package status. It typically takes 1–2 business days for the carrier to update the system data, so please be patient until the link becomes active.
  • Delivery Notification: You will receive a text message reminder on the day of delivery. If you are unable to sign for the package, please contact the carrier directly to reschedule the delivery time.

4. Lost Item Protection

 If your package is lost during transit, please contact us at info@curtainusa.com within 60 days of shipment. We will provide you with a free replacement or a full refund.
